AI Video Lab: Cyberpunk Metropolis | Exploring the Boundaries of Cinematic AI Creation
This work is an experiment in the language of future imagery.
In this short film, I used cutting-edge AI video generation technology to build an immersive cyberpunk metropolis —neon reflections shimmer across rain-soaked streets, holographic lights pulse between skyscrapers, and the camera drifts through vapor-filled alleys with cinematic depth and precision.
Unlike traditional filmmaking, this process blends semantic prompting with visual generation algorithms, where every frame — the reflections, lighting, and mist — emerges from the AI’s interpretation of language itself.
For this experiment, I created the piece through iMini, a platform that integrates multiple generative systems and multimodal workflows into a unified creative environment. It allows artists to transform written concepts directly into cinematic experiences.
To me, this project is an exploration of whether AI can become not just a tool, but a visual storyteller — capable of sensing atmosphere, emotion, and rhythm.
Perhaps we are standing at the threshold of a new era in visual art.
