further cleanup and resetting device to cuda inside the process function

output -> result in process function to fix local variable/global variable conflict

a good many changes to move the model outside the process

app.py cleanup, load/save_audio removal from pyharp since they're unused

imported spaces, added gpu decorator, fixed launch time with "share -> false"

removed every requirement with nvidia or cuda

Changed python version and removed torch and torchaudio from reqs
