Add library_name and pipeline_tag to metadata

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.
This pull request improves the model card by adding the appropriate library_name and pipeline_tag to the metadata. These tags ensure that the model is correctly categorized on the Hub and that automated code snippets can be generated.
I've also updated the README to include a link to the associated paper and added the official BibTeX citation from the project's repository.
