This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the audio-text-to-text pipeline tag for better discoverability.
Adding the library_name: peft metadata as the repository contains a PEFT adapter configuration.
Adding a link to the official project page.
Refining the usage instructions and formatting to match the official repository.
