Improve model card: Add pipeline tag, paper link, and project page

This PR enhances the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: video-to-videoto categorize the model accurately on the Hugging Face Hub. - Including a link to the paper: Advancing Semantic Future Prediction through Multimodal Visual Sequence Transformers.
- Adding a link to the project page: https://futurist-cvpr2025.github.io.
