This app predicts potential Horizontal Gene Transfer (HGT) events between bacterial species by:
- Fetching bacterial genome sequences from NCBI or ENA
- Running BLAST comparisons
- Estimating HGT probability
- Visualizing donor–recipient networks and BLAST summaries
- Exporting results as CSV
