I'd appreciate clarification on the intended usage scenario when integrating your mem-agent model with Obsidian. Specifically:
- Can the entire Obsidian vault (or selected files) be stored/loaded into the model's memory context?
- Or is the primary workflow designed to extract knowledge from various sources and store it conveniently in .md files within Obsidian?
With a proper user.md setup, as described in the README here and further in the github repo, we have seen successful usage with full Obsidian vaults/parts of it. The model simply works over a given folder, which can be an Obsidian vault, can be inside an Obsidian vault or can be a fresh folder.
