This PR adds the ONNX version of the colorization model, successfully converted from its original Caffe format.
These files serve as the necessary test artifacts to validate the graph fusion and layer parsing fixes introduced in https://github.com/opencv/opencv/pull/28722 and updates our testing pipeline to rely on modern .onnx formats rather than .caffemodel and .prototxt files.
