Improve model card metadata

This PR improves the model card metadata by:

Setting the pipeline_tag to image-to-image, making the model discoverable at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-to-image&sort=trending.
Adding the library_name as diffusers.

This ensures better searchability and discoverability of the model on the Hugging Face Hub.
