This PR adds a comprehensive model card for the AnyCap Project model.

It includes:

• Relevant metadata: license, pipeline_tag: image-to-text, library_name: transformers, and additional descriptive tags.
• Direct links to the paper, GitHub repository, Hugging Face model weights, and the AnyCapEval benchmark.
• An overview of the model's purpose and key highlights.
• A "Quick Start" section with installation instructions and a sample usage code snippet using the transformers library.
• Detailed information about the associated benchmark and dataset.

This will significantly improve the discoverability and usability of the model on the Hugging Face Hub.
