when the time goes beyond about 110 seconds, reload, and try again, can happen a few times before it works.
the app uses Fal api which is a wrapper of the openai api, the slow response is due to open ai api being slow so not much we can do on our end

That just means your video prompt, or image prompt, is not excepted
