i cant see the chat in my web on m chromebook. I try to scroll down but it lags ad it doesent let me. Pls fucking fix it

I'm using a Chromebook, and I can't scroll down to see the chat section on my website. Every time I try, the page lags badly or freezes, and it won't let me reach the chat at all. This makes the chat feature basically unusable. I've tried refreshing, changing browsers, and restarting my device — nothing worked.
Please look into this and fix it ASAP.
