I am writing to report an issue I encountered while attempting to upgrade to a Pro account on your platform.
I entered my card information to pay for the $9.00 Pro subscription. Although $10.00 was deducted from my card, I received an error message on the screen stating that prepaid cards are not accepted.
I attempted the process a second time, but unfortunately, the same error occurred. As a result, my card has been charged twice ($20.00 in total), yet my account has not been upgraded to Pro.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate
Activating my Pro subscription, and
Refunding the extra $11.00 deducted from my account.
Please let me know if you need my transaction details or payment receipts for verification.
